No me funciona el lápiz de bamboo pad

Buenas tardes:
Acabo de abrir mi bamboo pad modelo CTH-301K, y lo estoy probando.Mi problema es que el lápiz no lo reconoce, la pantalla táctil si funciona perfectamente, pero el lápiz al acercarlo se cambia la luz a naranja y no funciona.
Yo utilizo el sistema operativo windows xp, y en la página de wacom, al poner el sistema operativo y bamboo pad, me dice que no encuentra resultados.Alguien me podría decir que hacer para utilizar el lápiz.

26/01/2014 a las 12:54 amme pasa lo mismo me di cuenta que si funciona el lapiz si uzo la goma como si fuera lapiz normal asi es que supongo es algo en la punta.
si alguien sabe como repara por favor diganos
16/07/2014 a las 11:20 amHola, me pasa lo mismo funciona perfecto como mouse pero el lapiz, no hace nada quiero creer q el lapiz funciona y que el problema sea del sistema operativo que en este caso es xp. alguien me puede pasar el drivers para que funcione si es que alguien lo pudo solucionar!

10/09/2014 a las 10:57 pmI’ve tried the paper method too, but I coldun’t move the stylus around, of course I didn’t have the paper taped so maybe that was the problem.About the Intuos 4 s surface, if you use it for more then an hour the surface wears down super fast(and unevenly at first -.-), which I hate. Mine is as smooth as glass now . I really want to try a smudge guard glove because my hand sticks to the surface since it’s so smooth which really sucks.
13/09/2014 a las 4:26 amFor the iPad, you should try the Penultimate app by Evernote. It is by far the most adacevnd note taking app currently available for a consumer friendly slate tablet. Like you were explaining in the video, there are no square edges in the lines in this app, it is very fluid and the thickness of the lines change by how fast you are moving on the screen. Although, it still doesn’t compare to an active digitizer. I wish Apple would implement one into a future generation of the iPad.
